Pre-Order Policy
At Groovy Collectables, we offer customers the opportunity to secure upcoming and exclusive products through pre-orders. This ensures you can reserve high-demand items before their official release date.
Pre-Order Stock & Allocations
We only begin accepting pre-orders after receiving confirmed stock allocations from our suppliers. However, changes to allocations may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. supplier reductions or shipping delays).
If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to remain on backorder.
Pre-Order Payments
Pre-orders are either paid in full at checkout or, in special cases, may allow for a deposit with the remaining payment collected before shipment. Your payment method may be securely stored for this purpose.
If you cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. Once the order is fulfilled, our standard Refund Policy applies.
Estimated Release Dates
Estimated release dates and shipping timeframes are listed on each product page. These are based on information provided by our suppliers and may change due to manufacturing delays, customs clearance, or international logistics.
We will keep you informed of any significant delays or changes to your order’s ETA.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. If the product has a global or retail release date (e.g. Pokémon sets), we will ship on or shortly after that date to comply with distribution rules.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be held until the pre-order product is available. If you'd prefer the in-stock items shipped separately, contact us to split the shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Cancelling a Pre-Order
Customers may cancel a pre-order within 3 days of placing the order or before fulfillment occurs — whichever is sooner. Please contact us via email or our social channels to request cancellation.
Once a pre-order has been packed or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return per our Refund Policy.
Product Availability Disclaimer
All pre-orders are subject to supplier availability. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. While we do our best to meet estimated shipping dates, delays can occur due to international shipping regulations, distributor constraints, or supply chain disruptions.
