At Groovy Collectables, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.
Free Standard Shipping applies to Australian orders over $250 (after discounts, before shipping).
We use a range of trusted courier services depending on your location, order size, and delivery requirements. Couriers may include Australia Post, Aramex, and others. All services include parcel tracking; your tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Customers may add protective packaging to their order for a fee of $2.95. This provides extra reinforcement to help protect your items during transit.
Australia Post shipments are insured up to $100.
Aramex shipments are insured up to $1,500.

Groovy Collectables bears no responsibility for packages lost in transit once they have been lodged with a courier service.
Damaged Items (24-Hour Notification)
If any items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item(s). This is required for submitting claims with Aramex and other couriers. Claims lodged outside this timeframe may be declined by the courier.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)
Standard: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Express: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on destination, courier network conditions, peak periods, and remote/rural addresses.
Pre-Orders & Combined Shipments
Pre-order items ship from their official release date (as listed on the product page).
If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together when all items are available. If you’d like to split the shipment, contact us—an additional shipping charge will apply.
Pickup & International Shipping
Pickup: Not offered at this time.
International: We currently do not offer international shipping.
