Mega Evolutions Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Groovy Collectables.

Promotion period: 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, 11:59pm AEST.

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents who purchase through www.groovycollectables.com.au.
• Orders must be placed between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 to qualify.
• Age: Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Submit a product review on our website for items purchased during the promotion period.
• Entries are allocated per review as follows:
  • Text-only review = 1 entry
  • Bonus entry: +1 entry if the review includes a photo of either:
    • the product purchased (sealed or unsealed), or
    • the hits/pulls from the product opened
    (maximum 2 entries per review).
• Limit per order: 1 review per product per order.
• Daily limit: Maximum 1 review entry per product per day per customer. Multiple reviews for the same product on the same day will not earn additional entries.
• If the same product is purchased again in a separate order on a different day during the promotion period, a new review for that order is eligible for additional entries (subject to the daily limit above).
• Multiple different products purchased = multiple eligible reviews = multiple entries.
• Entry validity: Entries must be submitted via the official Groovy Collectables website review system. Entries submitted via other channels will not be valid.
• Review period: Reviews must be submitted by 14 October 2025, 11:59pm AEST. Reviews received after this date will not be valid.

3. Verification

• Winners must provide their full name, email address linked to the order, and order number to confirm eligibility.
• Entries that cannot be verified or are found to be fraudulent, fake, or abusive will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 July 2025 and closes for purchases at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2025. Reviews must be submitted no later than 14 October 2025, 11:59pm AEST.

5. Prizes

• Major Prize: 1 × Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet – Mega Evolutions Booster Box, valued at $409.95
• Second Prize: 1 × Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet – Mega Evolutions Elite Trainer Box, valued at $199.95
• Third Prize: 1 × Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet – Mega Evolutions Booster Bundle, valued at $99.95
• Other Minor Prizes: 5 winners will each receive 2 × Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet – Mega Evolutions Single Blister Packs, valued at $12 each (total value per winner: $24)
• Total Prize Pool Value: $829.85
• Prize substitution: If any prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Groovy Collectables may substitute a prize of equal or greater value and similar to the original prize.
• Delivery of prizes: Prizes will be shipped free of charge within Australia only.
• Dispatch timeline: Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of winner confirmation.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

• Prizes will be drawn in descending order of value: Major Prize, then Second Prize, then Third Prize, then Other Minor Prizes.
• Winners will be selected via random draw from all valid entries.
• Draw date: 15 October 2025.
• Limit of one prize per person: If the same entrant is drawn more than once, they will be awarded the highest value prize they are eligible for, and a redraw will occur for the other prize(s).
• Winners will be contacted via the email linked to their order. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw will occur. All redraws will take place no later than 3 months after the original draw date.
• Public announcement: Winners’ first name and suburb may be announced on our website and/or social media.

7. General Conditions

• Reviews must be genuine and related to the purchased product.
• By submitting a review (with or without a photo), entrants grant Groovy Collectables permission to use their review and photos across our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
• Groovy Collectables reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Entries linked to orders that are later refunded or cancelled will be deemed ineligible and removed from the draw.
• Groovy Collectables will retain records of the promotion, including draw details, prize details, and names of winners, for five (5) years as required by Queensland law.
• Groovy Collectables’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
